Responsible for informing supervisor when supplies need to be replenished. Understands how to dispense and prepare chemicals to the proper concentrations Responsible for understanding the scope of plant sanitation and chemical usage. Assists production when needs exist. This may be giving breaks or filling in during absence. Responsible for working with Quality Assurance Manager to ensure food safety is achieved.
