Substitute Teachers play an important role in maintaining continuity of instruction, supporting students, and ensuring a positive learning environment rooted in the Catholic faith tradition. Responsibilities • Provide instruction and classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher. • Follow lesson plans and maintain daily routines as outlined by the classroom teacher. • Supervise students and ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment. • Communicate effectively with students and staff. • Uphold the mission and values of Sacred Heart Grade School and Catholic education.
