In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our facility's operations—ensuring our rooms, common areas, and equipment shine and function seamlessly.   If you take pride in your craftsmanship, love variety in your workday, and want to grow with a world-class hospitality brand, we want to hear from you!   What You’ll Do Guest Room & Facility Upkeep: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair guest room equipment, furniture, fixtures, and common areas to maintain our high Hilton standards. General Trades & Repairs: Handle routine building maintenance, including structural repairs, drywall, painting, wallpaper, flooring/carpet touch-ups, and door/window fixes. Systems Maintenance: Assist with plumbing repairs to prevent water damage, maintain HVAC climate control equipment, and occasionally handle basic electrical troubleshooting. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, chemical safety standards, and lockout/tagout procedures. Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure SDS files are up to date. Job Qualifications: What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred. Technical school training or prior hotel/facility maintenance experience is a huge plus!
