Why You'll Love Working Here • 1st shift schedule only (no nights) • Premium Health Insurance – $0 employee premium & $0 deductible • Company paid life insurance • Dental insurance • 10 paid holidays • Paid vacation and sick time • 401(k) with Profit Sharing • Weekly pay (Thursdays) • Employee referral bonuses What You'll Do • Read and follow assembly drawings • Use voltmeters, testing equipment, and basic hand tools • Enter and review test data • Solder circuit boards • Inspect parts and identify cosmetic defects • Assemble military and aviation batteries • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Support, mentor, and help train team members Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for long periods • Lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs. • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling • Wear required PPE, including a respirator when needed What We're Looking For • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience • Willingness to learn and teach assembly processes • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality Schedule • Monday–Friday, early morning start, Saturday as needed • Approximately 50+ hours per week Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
