This includes some exterior duties as well as interior building duties.   Some of the duties include: Perform cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements. Performs regular building inspection as assigned to ensure safety of all staff, clients & visitors Performs incidental maintenance, repairs, installations and building duties as assigned Identify potential maintenance issues and bring them to attention of your immediate Supervisor Routine floor maintenance including shampoo rugs, carpet, mop, wax and buff floors Collect and empty trash receptacles and recycle bins. Change air filters and clean vents Light painting and drywall repair Wash windows Dusting all surfaces Maintain thorough supply inventory Maintain work areas in a neat and efficient manner, assuring equipment and tools are properly stored after each project Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies Actively participates in quality improvement activities of the program/agency Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct in terms of privacy of client information and adherence to confidentiality policies & upholds the service philosophy Comply with policies and procedures governing the program and agency and consults with appropriate administrative staff regarding issues posing potential risk Build and maintain positive relationships with peers and other programs and departments within the organization   Qualifications Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, required.  Previous training or experience with facility maintenance helpful, knowledge of basic building maintenance preferred. High attention to detail and deadlines.
