You'll explain issues in straightforward language, recommend repairs using flat-rate pricing, document service calls electronically, and manage five to seven calls per day. If you're hired at the Service Tech 3 level, you'll also assist with difficult diagnostic situations and help develop less experienced technicians. WHO ARE WE? WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SUCCEED AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH? • Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 journeyperson license • EPA 608 certification • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation We prefer you have: • NATE certification or specialty certifications • Oil and propane burner experience (B-2/B-4) in addition to HVAC • Combustion analysis skill with instruments • Boiler and steam experience • Flat-rate pricing experience • Comfortable with a tablet for job documentation and photos Ready to put your skills to work?
