Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - COLUMBIA, SC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $24.04 - $26.44, The Rent Implementation Specialist oversees the administration and implementation of rent adjustments, utility allowances, and maximum allowable rents across a portfolio of affordable housing communities. Serving as a subject matter expert on LIHTC rent requirements and regulatory requirements, the role ensures accurate, compliant rent schedules and utility allowance changes. The position collaborates with Property Management, Accounting, Property Operations, and CMI teams to assess financial impacts, support budgeting and forecasting, manage regulatory submissions, maintain portfolio reporting, and provide leadership with insights and recommendations on rent performance and revenue optimization. Qualifications: •  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, Affordable  Housing, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be  considered. •  5+ years of progressive experience in affordable housing, property management, asset management,  compliance, finance, or a related field, with direct experience working with LIHTC properties  preferred.
