In this purpose driven role, you will: As a Certified Nurse Aide, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Take and record vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents Shifts 6:00pm – 6:00am (12-hour Night Shift) Requirements: Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP) Completion of a state-approved CNA program Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
