What You’ll Do: As a CNA, you play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful connections with residents and families. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Take and record vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents Must Have: Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP) Completion of a state-approved CNA program At least 16 years of age.
