Interns observe and gradually participate in procedures like sample collection, imaging, anesthesia support, and treatments, depending on their skill level. They also help with client interactions, recordkeeping, and learning hospital protocols, all while developing the technical knowledge and professional behaviors needed for a veterinary technician role.
