Demonstrated success in managing a broad set of accounting and finance functions Proven ability to prioritize and delegate effectively while maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in NetSuite, Limelight and PayCom a plus. Salary Range: $125,000-$140,000 based on experience in a similar non-profit, demonstrated management of staff and education. Location: This is a full‑time, on‑premises position based in Dorchester, MA.
