This position helps create a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for members by assisting with program development, organization, and implementation. Qualifications: Essential Functions: 1. Warmly welcome members – Greet all members by name during check-in to foster a friendly and inclusive environment. 3. Encourage positive interactions – Assist members towards participation in fun, engaging activities. 4. Contribute to program development – Provide input for new member programs or activities and help expand programming. 5. Assist with outreach – Support the marketing and distribution of program information to families. 6. Track participation – Monitor member usage and provide feedback on activities and events. 7. Additional responsibilities – Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with the planned Chart of Work.
