This position includes working closely with the IVF laboratory, surgery center and clinical teams. The daily workday includes the following responsibilities as the Administrative RN:   Scheduling of IVF procedures (via email and phones) Review of consents and physician orders Providing and communicating pre-surgery instructions Communication with IVF laboratory, clinical teams and physicians Patient charting and updating within EMR Maintaining a professional and compassionate environment with physicians and patients   Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted and no prior history of CA RN licensure in good standing Preferred IVF experience Excellent verbal, written and communication skills Full Time position M-F with some weekend coverage Knowledge of OSHA, FDA and HIPPA compliance
