Our growing Italian restaurant is looking for a Bartender to join our team and help us bring authentic flavors and memorable dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant setting Knowledge of liquors, wines, and beers Ability to listen and follow directions Skilled in multi-tasking Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and maintain a high level of accountability Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment Must be able to submit and pass a background check Desired Qualifications: Eagerness to lead while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment Typical Environment: We are a fast-casual dining pizzeria, restaurant, and bar Be prepared to stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment All Team Members may be requested to work with cleaning chemicals as well as be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold, which are present in a kitchen environment Our team members regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team Apply to be a BARTENDER today if you’re passionate about hospitality and ready to grow with a company that blends fun, energy, and an engaging culture where people come first.
