Looking for hands-on work with a consistent daytime schedule? Join Hansen’s IGA Markets and learn how to prepare and package our smokehouse products. You’ll work primarily in a dedicated production and packaging area, helping ensure products are accurately weighed, packaged, and labeled. Enjoy approximately 25 hours per week, with afternoons, weekends, and holidays free! What You’ll Do Weigh, package, and label products accurately. Follow daily production assignments and communicate questions or concerns. Move products into and out of coolers and freezers; rotate, date, and organize stock. Follow food safety, equipment operation, and workplace safety procedures. Help with other smokehouse production and packaging tasks as needed. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years old to operate required equipment. No previous smokehouse or meat processing experience required; training provided. Dependable, willing to learn, and ready to help the team. Able to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures. Attention to detail when preparing, weighing, packaging, and labeling products.
