This role is crucial in ensuring that all facilities are kept in pristine condition, contributing to the exceptional experience we provide to our clients and guests. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in all assigned areas. - Ensure all restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies. - Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all areas are clean and ready for use. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager promptly. - Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. - Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any cleaning-related inquiries or requests from guests in a professional manner.Qualifications: Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: - Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably in a hospitality or event setting. - Familiarity with the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
