Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs. Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and communicate recommended services. Prepare accurate repair orders and coordinate the repair process from check-in through delivery. Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status, recommendations, and completion times. Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a professional, consultative manner. Work closely with Technicians and Parts to keep repairs moving efficiently. Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business. Work toward CSI, customer-pay, hours-per-RO, and profitability goals. Represent The Hanania Way by exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity. Qualifications: What Sets You Apart We're looking for someone who is motivated, personable, organized, and driven to succeed. Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred. CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to explain automotive repairs and recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner. Comfortable discussing maintenance and repair costs with customers. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers, CRM/DMS systems, tablets, and other dealership technology. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
