Qualifications: What Sets You Apart Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager is required. Luxury or European import dealership experience is preferred. Proven success in finance production, product sales, and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. Experience with dealership management systems and finance software. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
