The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the drive-thru system. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions. Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately. Ensure food orders are correctly prepared and delivered promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru station. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy. Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines. Assist with stocking and inventory as needed. Uphold Big Boys’ standards of customer service and quality. Requirements: Previous customer service or fast food experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Friendly and positive attitude.
