REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control. • Automotive service advisor experience. • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions. • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
