Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses and/or LPN Nurses with IV Certification ASAP in Vero Beach, FL. NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES Perform skilled nursing 12hr shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments Visits and hourly shifts available. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols. Pay rates vary and are based on the patient care plans and always confirmed at the time of scheduling. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
