Job Details: Job Location: LaVergne, TN - La Vergne, TN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Graveyard,   Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift Location: LaVergne, TN Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday,3:30pm-11pm Pay: $18.50-19.50 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas. Move raw materials to production areas and finished goods to shipping locations. Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns. Verify materials, quantities, and locations for accuracy. Maintain inventory organization and proper storage practices. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience preferred. Ability to safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts. Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification. Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
