Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Nashville, TN, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, General Purpose: The Bilingual Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist position is a remote (telecommute), position providing specialized patient review and drug therapy recommendations for insurer’s eligible members in languages other than English. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews Update patient profiles based on information gathered during the review Discuss any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient’s drug therapy and minimize the potential for adverse drug reactions Work with multidisciplinary team to enhance and develop our Optimize software Complete at least 2 CMRs per hour Assist Clinical team in meeting proficiency and quality goals Leadership Duties (If Applicable) Establish positive partnerships across business groups both inside and outside of the organization Education & Experience: Doctor of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license Secure high-speed internet access (Preferable Ethernet connection) HIPAA-secure workspace with NO BACKGROUND NOISE Must be fluent in one or more languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Korean or Vietnamese   .Minimum Physical Requirement: The Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist – Bilingual will perform his or her work in a HIPAA secure workspace with no background noise using standard office equipment.
