We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our dealership’s new car sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with OEM partners. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly. • Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with dealership and manufacturer standards. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the manufacturer on vehicle allocations. • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to maintain a high-performing team. • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and manufacturer programs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within an automotive dealership. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and new vehicle sales processes. • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership management software (Dealertrack). • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
