You possess an empathetic, "owner" mentality when it comes to solving problems. • The Expert Communicator: You can translate complex mechanical needs into easy-to-understand terms for the guest while navigating the technical requirements of warranty and insurance claims. • Experienced: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred.
