Since our Shift Coordinators play an integral role in our organization, we are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure success of our daily operations. Here is a sampling of some of the responsibilities: Overseeing multiple Delivery Associates simultaneously and ensuring route completion  Maintaining accurate daily head-count report for Delivery Associates and ensure head-counts are consistent for each delivery window Tracking inventory daily Ability to organize and prioritize work with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment  Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
