Just clear expectations and real rewards for getting the job done right.   Compensation & Benefits: $18.00/hour base pay E-cargo bike provided, no personal bike required Daily pay program, work today, get paid today Active, outdoor work, ride through the city, not stuck at a desk Zero-emission delivery, be part of sustainable urban logistics Qualifications: Responsibilities: Deliver parcels to businesses and residential addresses in Manhattan by e-cargo bike Complete your assigned route within the expected timeframe Follow all procedures and safety standards Communicate proactively, no excuses, just solutions Treat every customer professionally Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Prior experience delivering by bike required Comfortable navigating city traffic on an e-cargo bike Ability to push, pull, turn, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 Ibs in weight Flexibility, assignments vary based on daily operations   Schedule: Shifts vary throughout the week Must be available for at least one weekend day   If you work with purpose and don't waste time, yours or ours, you'll do well here.
