Maintenance Technicians/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep Plant Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. Job Description: • Perform maintenance and repairs on prep plant machinery as needed • Welding and torching as needed (greatly desired skill, not required) • General labor and maintenance support where needed • Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned Schedule: • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM • 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime if available Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay • Paid vacation & paid holidays • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match after 6 months Requirements: • Previous maintenance experience preferred • MSHA Surface papers required — training provided if needed • Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays • Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test • basic hand tools Required PPE (Not Provided): • Hard hat • Reflective vest or shirt • Metatarsal boots Why Work With Jennmar Services?
