ENRICHMENT AIDE DUTIES INCLUDE: Assists in organizing and conducting activities that may include crafts, music programs, exercise groups, sensory activities, daily life skills, videos / movies, social activities, and diversional activities based on the resident’s/patient’s needs and capabilities. Assists in the organization of the area where activities are conducted to insure efficient, safe and pleasant conditions for the residents. Assists with: transporting and seating of residents/patients for activities.   Decorates assigned unit(s) for holidays and special occasions. Supervises residents/patients that wander away during programs or activities. Assists in passing trays for meals. Assists with transporting residents/patients to and from meals.
