This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, team development, and overall store performance. As a Subway Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of the store by leading your team, delivering a great guest experience, and driving results. What you’ll do: Oversee daily store operations and overall performance Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and team members Manage hiring, training, and performance of the entire team Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to meet business needs Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control Maintain business records and analyze performance to drive sales and profitability Support and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards Maintain store facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness Qualifications: What we’re looking for: Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law) Previous management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lead and develop a team Experience managing operations and driving store performance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods. “You are applying for work with a franchisee of Subway, not Subway Corp. or any of its affiliates.
