Job Details: Job Location: Westside Insurance San Marcos - SAN MARCOS, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Personal Lines Insurance Representative – Customer Service & Sales Westside Insurance – Allstate | Established in 2012 | Located inside Chuck Nash Chevrolet Buick GMC | San Marcos, TX We’re looking for a bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Representative to join our team in a combined Customer Service & Sales role. This position makes a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to better protect existing clients. Already licensed? Great. We also welcome candidates with prior Property & Casualty insurance experience who are willing to obtain their Texas P&C license within 90 days. Licensing costs will be paid by the agency. What You’ll Be Doing Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, ID cards, renewals, cancellations, claims questions, lender requests, and other policy needs Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage Support renewals, retention efforts, and account management Cross-sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal lines products Follow up with existing customers, previous quotes, and sales opportunities Ask for referrals and identify additional insurance needs Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the agency CRM Work assigned customer accounts and meet attainable service and sales goals What We’re Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience Active Texas P&C license preferred If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain a Texas P&C license within 90 days Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers Motivated to identify sales opportunities within an existing book of business Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Coachable, positive, and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable recommending insurance solutions and handling objections Pay hourly + commission + bonuses Starting pay is based on licensing, bilingual ability, and prior Property & Casualty insurance experience. Estimated total compensation: $50,000–$75,000+ annually, depending on experience, licensing, production, and performance.
