Overview of Position: Notre Dame High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Baseball Coach to lead and develop our program. The ideal candidate will focus on player development, team success, and fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities: Plan and lead all practices, games, and team-related activities. Develop and implement effective training programs for skill development and conditioning. Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and staff. Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic in student-athletes. Ensure compliance with CIF regulations and school policies. Organize team schedules, transportation, and logistics in coordination with the athletic department. Assist student-athletes with college recruitment opportunities. Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and school administration. Qualifications: Previous coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level preferred. Comprehensive understanding of volleyball techniques and strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes. Must complete required certifications, including CPR and First Aid.
