Records all ordered items on guest checks and uses proper computerized register. Sets up tables and trays to assigned specifications. Maintains the proper guest scenario when entering/exiting guest rooms. Removes all soiled supplies from guest rooms and guest floors and ensures the appropriate breakdown in the dishwasher area. Ensures cleanliness of area at all times. Refers communications, guest feedback and any potential or real guest dissatisfaction to the Manager. Assists in other areas of the restaurant as needed. Qualifications: 1 year of room service server or related experience is preferred. Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds. Developed English language skills (both written and orally) to communicate with other employees and guests. Walking or standing to a significant degree.
