Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Competitive pay: $17-19/hour • Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate, between clients) • Flexible scheduling • 401(k) retirement plan • Aflac benefits • Wellness & recognition programs • Ongoing training and career growth What You’ll Do • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene • Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and movement • Meal Assistance: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor intake • Companionship: Provide emotional support and reduce isolation • Home Environment: Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized • Safety & Health: Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines • Documentation: Record care provided and report any changes or concerns What You Bring • Active Virginia CNA certification • High school diploma or equivalent and age 18+ • Current CPR/BLS certification • Valid driver’s license & insurance or reliable transportation • Proficient smartphone use for scheduling and care documentation • Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform daily tasks • A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others • Ability to pass background check, DMV check, and drug screening About Us Senior Helpers is a nationally recognized leader in in-home senior care, providing personalized support—from daily assistance to specialized care for chronic conditions.
