Caregiver – Flexible Schedules & Weekend Availability Areas We Serve We are actively hiring caregivers throughout South Orange County and surrounding areas. Caregiver Responsibilities As a caregiver, you will: • Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support • Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation • Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation • Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and hospice needs • Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs Pay & Benefits • $18–$25 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit • $300 signing bonus after successfully completing 100 hours • 5 sick days + holiday pay • Referral bonuses, caregiver-of-the-month rewards, and other incentives • $10/month technology stipend • Mileage reimbursement • Free scrubs and PPE • One-on-one client care (no facility ratios) • Hands-on training in our Center of Excellence with a mock-home environment • 6 months of structured monthly online training (dementia, hospice, chronic conditions, and more) • Clear paths for growth within our franchise • Supportive, inclusive workplace that truly values you Caregiver Requirements • Active California HCA registration or willingness to complete the registration process • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance • Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends • Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required • Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs) • Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app) • Ability to pass background check and drug screening • CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required) • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or GED required Apply Today Start a meaningful caregiver career where your work is valued and your compassion truly makes a difference.
