Whenever possible, we match caregivers with clients closer to their homes to help reduce drive time. We support you by: • Help qualified candidates begin working quickly • Provide 24/7 on-the-job support • Provide current information about clients’ needs through our industry-leading app Care Professional Pay & Benefits: • $13.00–$14.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment • Biweekly pay with direct deposit • Holiday pay at 1.5 times your regular rate • Caregiver of the Month recognition Job Requirements At least one year of caregiving experience • Comfortable working in homes with pets • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance • Ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner • Must be at least 20 years of age • Must successfully complete required criminal background and driving-record che Care Professional Responsibilities and Schedule Requirements: Responsibilities vary according to each client’s care plan and may include: • Companionship and conversation • Meal preparation and medication reminders • Light housekeeping and laundry • Transportation and errands • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care • Mobility assistance and transfers • Other companion-care and personal-care activities of daily living Caregivers are expected to provide at least two weeks’ advance notice for planned time off or requested schedule changes.
