This role is vital to driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that promote our brand and services within the community. Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners • Develop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking • Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. • Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations • Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events • Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI. Requirements • Proven experience in sales and marketing management. • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus. • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
