Key Responsibilities • Provide reliable overnight supervision and assistance with nighttime routines. • Assist with transfers, mobility support, and medication reminders as needed. • Respond promptly and calmly to nighttime calls, assistance requests, or emergencies. • Help with light housekeeping, preparing simple morning or evening routines, and ensuring a safe environment. • Maintain clear and caring communication with family members and management.
