We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader who will be responsible for maximizing the value of Midrex’s external digital products by translating business strategy, engineering requirements, and customer needs into prioritized, deliverable capabilities.
This role carries dual accountability. As tower leader, you set product direction across the portfolio, allocate product manager capacity against priorities, establish the standards and cadences the team works to, and develop product managers As a product leader, you own the what and why of your assigned products and ensure development teams build the highest-value capabilities first.
The Product Management tower is the connective tissue between plant-floor operational reality, customer value, and software delivery. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Midrex’s digital product portfolio: defining what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. You and your team will work with information technology professionals, process technology experts, field operations, and commercial teams, and directly with Midrex customers, to validate that what we build actually solves their problems.
Midrex’s competitive advantage increasingly depends on software-enabled plant optimization and digital lifecycle services. The Product Management Leader ensures our digital solutions evolve from project-based deliverables to scalable, revenue-generating platforms and that the product management capability behind them matures at the same pace.

Define product goals aligned to customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth
Own business case development and ROI tracking across the product portfolio
Partner with Business Management to define pricing and market-development strategies
