Position Overview This position supports the Parts Department by assisting customers and technicians at the counter. Schedule • Monday – Friday • Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation • Driver: Starting at $19/hour • Parts Counter: Pay based on experience Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with matching • Health savings account (HSA) & flexible spending account (FSA) • Life insurance • Paid vacation and sick time • Opportunities for advancement • Employee discounts on products and services Key Responsibilities Parts Counter • Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries • Support technicians with accurate and timely parts requests • Pull and fill orders from inventory • Process inbound and outbound shipments • Maintain accurate inventory and perform weekly bin checks • Manage electronic parts tracking systems • Notify Parts Manager of shortages or urgent needs • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • Previous automotive parts experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer proficiency • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents • Must be a current resident of St. Louis City or County Why Suntrup?
