First Nissan of Simi Valley, part of the First Automotive Group, is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive our award-winning service department forward. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians. • Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations. • Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance – and sell with integrity. • Provide timely updates to customers on service status. • Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication. • Maintain high Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores. What You Bring: • Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required). • Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CDK software (preferred). • Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset. • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving and background record. • At least 3 years of stable work history in a customer-facing role.
