Responsibilities • Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the dealership's physical premises. • Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with vendors and contractors. • Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and health regulations. • Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management promptly. • Support inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment. • Help with scheduling and supervising janitorial and maintenance staff as needed. • Maintain accurate records related to facility management activities.
