Description of the role: The Express Service Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands. Responsibilities: • Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements • Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly • Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers Requirements: • Previous experience as an automotive lube technician preferred • Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Benefits: • Competitive compensation: $18.00-$30.00 per flat rate hour • Opportunities for professional development and advancement • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Paid time off and holidays About the Company: Gwinnett Place Ford is a leading automotive dealership located in Duluth, Georgia.
