Position Overview As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—providing friendly, accurate service and connecting them with the products and services that best meet their needs. Qualifications: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Comfortable using computers and working in a Windows-based environment Must be bondable Occasional travel to nearby branches may be required     Physical Requirements and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively.
