What You'll Do • Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections • Check and top off fluids; inspect belts, hoses, wipers, filters, and batteries • Document inspection findings accurately so our advisors can keep guests informed • Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe • Move vehicles through the service drive efficiently and treat every car like it's your own • Learn — from our certified techs and Kia's factory training program What We're Looking For • A valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive customer vehicles (required) • Reliability — you show up on time, every time • Comfort working with your hands and a willingness to learn • Attention to detail (in this job, small misses become big problems) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet in a shop environment • A positive attitude — our guests see our service drive, and our culture shows No dealership experience required. Pay & Benefits In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act, the pay scale for this position is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
