Account Manager – Corrugated Industry Southern Ohio / Cincinnati Territory Step Into an Established Territory. Build Relationships. Grow the Business. Dynamic Dies, Inc., a Top Workplace and leading manufacturer of cutting dies and printing plates for the corrugated industry, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to take over an established, high-potential Southern Ohio territory. This is not a build-from-scratch sales position. You'll step into an existing customer base with the opportunity to strengthen relationships, grow existing business, and develop new opportunities throughout the territory. What You'll Do • Manage and grow an established territory • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts • Develop new business throughout the Southern Ohio market • Serve as a trusted resource to customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions • Work directly with the Director of Sales to develop territory strategies and achieve sales goals • Maintain regular customer contact and provide responsive, professional service What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in corrugated tooling or corrugated packaging • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong understanding of the corrugated industry and customer needs • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an established territory • Ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships into long-term business growth • Must live within the Cincinnati/Southern Ohio region Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + commission + quarterly bonus opportunity • Company car allowance • Company-provided computer • Company reimbursement for cell phone • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits • 401(k) with company match • Company-paid life insurance • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability • Supplemental life insurance • Paid vacation and holidays • Tuition reimbursement Why Dynamic Dies?
