Job Details: Job Location: Oxford Office - Oxford, AL, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Banking, To assist members/potential members with their Credit Union financial needs including lending, processing transactions, vault management, account management, and performing a variety of duties within the branch that supports Credit Union operations. Provide quality member service and support to all members, potential members, and colleagues. Conduct all aspects of teller operations within the branch ensuring daily activities are performed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Provide Quality Member Service by completing member financial transactions to include deposits, loans, etc. Balance teller drawer and meet documentation requirements as directed. Corresponds with and interviews loan applicants. Evaluate necessary documents for approval and process approved loan documents for disbursement/filing, ensuring Credit Union polices and legal requirements are met. Thorough knowledge of CU products and services to serve members with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services, and resolving concerns. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells products and services to members. Performs other duties as needed or assignedQualifications: One year to three years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED.
