Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment utilizing technical manuals, diagrams, schematics and use of conventional tools, diagnostics and test equipment. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a field service, or technical support environment preferred. Experience in the office equipment, mailing machine, copier, logistics applications, and/or document handling industries is desirable. Knowledge of PC hardware, on premise and cloud-based software systems. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up-to 70 lbs.
