Red Rock Ford, Inc, located in Williston, ND -- a family-owned dealership serving North Dakota communities, is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor plays a vital role in dealership operations by acting as the primary connection between customers and technicians. In this fast-paced, people-focused position, you will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, coordinate repair schedules, and ensure work moves efficiently through the shop. This role offers strong career growth opportunities — many of our Service Managers began their careers as Service Advisors. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and listen carefully to vehicle concerns and service needs • Schedule service appointments and manage daily shop workflow • Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly to customers • Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers • Monitor repair progress to ensure efficient turnaround times • Review completed work with customers and explain services performed • Collaborate with service and dealership leadership to maintain smooth operations • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup Qualifications • Previous Service Advisor, automotive technician, or customer service experience preferred (not required) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of automotive systems or willingness to learn • Professional, team-oriented attitude • Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
