To support your success, we provide a competitive compensation and benefit package that includes: • Comprehensive Training • Reliable semi-monthly pay • Paid Health insurance • Paid Life insurance • 401(k) matching upon one year of employment • Employee discount • An enticing referral program Your Responsibilities • Prospect and follow up with all leads • Walk the inventory daily • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs • Work directly with customers to develop relationships helping to enhance the sales process • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers. • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and reviews.
